Deactivating or deleting your account

Instructions to Delete, Suspend & Reactivate your SVASS Account.


Learn how to permanently delete your SVASS account.

To permanently delete your Svass account:

  • Click your profile picture icon in the bottom right of Svass app.
  • Select Account Management, then click Manage Account.
  • Select Delete your account option to delete account.
  • You can select Proceed to delete account. This will permanently delete all your personal data recorded on app. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

To temporarily deactivate or suspend your Svass account:

  • Click your profile picture icon in the bottom right of Svass app.
  • Select Account Management, then click Manage Account.
  • Select Suspend my account option to suspend account.
  • You can select Proceed to suspend account. This will temporarily log you out of the Smit.fit app and you will not receive any further notifications. You will have an option to restore your account if you sign-up again using the same ID.

Reactivate your Svass account

You can reactivate your suspended Svass account at any time by logging back in to Svass app. Remember that you’ll need to have access to the email address that you use to log in. If you can’t remember your password, you can request a new one.
